2019 (Outdoor): All-ECC Second-team performer by virtue of a fourth-place finish in the 3000-meter steeplechase (10:32.41) at the ECC Championship meet on Apr. 20 ... took first in the 10,000-meter run at the Queensborough Relays on Apr. 13 in a time of 35:24.93.

2018-19 (Indoor): Placed fourth in the 100m (2:49.22) and fifth in the 5000m (16:35.17) disciplines at the Yale Season Opener on Dec. 8 ... earned a third-place finish at the Giegengack Invitational (2/9) in the 5000-meter run with a time of 16:54.26.

2018 (Outdoor): Was fourth in the 5000m (16:32.89) at the Wagner Invitational on Apr. 7 ... placed second in the 10,000-meter run with a time of 35:40.71 at the Queensborough Relays on Apr. 14 ... placed eighth in the 10000m (35:54.59) at the ECC Championship meet (4/21).

2018 (Indoor): Ran a season-best time of 2:07.82 at the Spartan Invitational on Jan. 12 ... placed tenth in the 5000m run (16:49.88) at the ECC Indoor Track and Field Championships on Feb. 23.
