COLONIA, N.J. – On Tuesday, the East Coast Conference announced its fifth Cross Country Weekly Report of the 2026 season, with three Queens College student-athletes earning conference recognition for their performances during the week of Sept. 28–Oct. 4.
 
Senior Daniel DeGregori was named the Men's Runner of the Week. Competing at the Queensborough Cross Country Invitational at Van Cortlandt Park Sunday afternoon, the East Meadow, N.Y., native led the Knights with a 10th-place finish overall, crossing the finish line in 29:46.1.
 
Senior Carly Koprowski made her collegiate debut in impressive fashion, placing third among the Knights with a time of 21:11.7 at the Queensborough Cross Country Invitational to earn Women's Rookie of the Week honors.
 
Sophomore Jordyn Cruz earned her second weekly honor of the season, being named to the Women's Honor Roll after placing sixth among the Knights with a time of 21:17.7 at the Queensborough Cross Country Invitational.

Queens returns to action Saturday, Oct. 10, when the Knights compete in the 22nd Annual NJIT XC Invitational in Newark, N.J. The first race is scheduled for 10:30 a.m.
