COLONIA, N.J. – In the sixth East Coast Conference women's soccer weekly report sheet released Monday afternoon, Queens College women's soccer rookie forward Avery Shreffler (Westlake, OH) was named to the Honor Roll sheet.
 
Shreffler played a key role in a 1–0–1 week for the Knights, contributing two clutch assists. She notched her first career assist in Wednesday's 1–0 win over Post. Then, on Saturday against St. Thomas Aquinas, with the Knights trailing 1–0 late, Shreffler delivered a perfect corner kick that led to the match-tying goal in the 84th minute, securing a 1–1 draw.

NEXT MATCH

The Knights kick off a season-high, four-match road trip on Tuesday, October 14, traveling to Worcester, MA, for a non-conference matchup against the Assumption University Greyhounds. Kickoff is scheduled for 5:00 p.m.
