FLUSHING, N.Y. – Following a tough weekend to open the year head coach
Thomas Paris and the Queens College women's soccer team get set to conclude the opening season homestand on Wednesday, Sept. 11 before hitting the road on Saturday, Sept. 14.
The Knights are coming off back-to-back losses as they fell to Southern Connecticut on Friday before dropping their second game of the year against Franklin Pierce on Sunday evening.
Queens College Knights Preview (2024 Record: 0-2 Overall)
- As a team, the Knights have registered 16 shots with seven shots on goal but are still in search of their first goal.
- Sophomore midfielder Ashley Kieblez (Middle Village, N.Y.) has registered three shots and a team-high two shots on goal
- Senior forward Julia Ragone (Centereach, N.Y.) has registered three shots and has totaled one shot on goal.
- In goal, rookie Samantha Hines-Hirsch (Plainview, N.Y.) has earned two starts and has recorded 14 saves with a goals-against average of 3.00.

The Knights begin the week at home on Wednesday as they welcome the Cougars of Caldwell University to town before concluding the week on the road on Saturday, Sept. 14 against Eagles of Post University.
