AMHERST, N.Y. – Making their first appearance in the East Coast Conference semifinal game as the #3 seed since 2013, the Queens College women's soccer team matched up against the #2 seed Wildcats of Daemen University at Karrer Field in Amherst.
Trailing 1-0 at halftime, sophomore forward
Jenna Rosenberger (Smithtown, N.Y.) would find the equalizer for the Knights in the 55
th minute of play, but three goals from the Wildcats in the final 20 minutes of play would see the home side defeat Queens to the final score of 4-1.

Thomas Paris and the Knights finish the 2024 season with an overall record of 10-7-1 and 4-3 in ECC play.
- The 10 overall wins and four conference victories are the most in a season since 2013.
- The Knights recorded six wins in Flushing, the highest effort since the 2013 season.
- Paris and his coaching guided a program record six Knights to All-ECC honors as they were led by:
- The senior duo of forward/midfielder Julia Ragone (Centereach, N.Y.) and defender Sarah Anderson (East Set, N.Y.) earned All-ECC First Team honors.
- While the pair of senior midfielder Erica Petrie (Marlboro, N.Y.) and freshman goalie Samantha Hines-Hirsch (Plainview, N.Y.) were selected to the All-ECC Second Team.
- Lastly, the duo of senior midfielder Gabrielle Ciambella (Williamsville, N.Y.) and junior midfielder Adriana Melgar (Queens, N.Y.) were awarded a spot on the All-ECC Third Team honors.
