FLUSHING, N.Y. - In two matches last week, the Queens College women's soccer team went 0-1-1 on the week as they recorded a tie in non-conference play before falling short in East Coast Conference action to end the week.
This week it's all ECC play as the Knights see a three-match homestand come to an end on Wednesday (Oct. 18) evening as the Spartans of St. Thomas Aquinas College come to town before ending the week on the road in Rockville Centre, N.Y. on Saturday (Oct. 21) afternoon against the Lions of Molloy University.

Queens College Knights Preview (4-6-3 Overall Record, 1-3-1 ECC)
- Head Coach Thomas Paris and the Knights went 0-1-1 on the week earning a 1-1 tie against Assumption on Wednesday before a 1-0 loss to Roberts Wesleyan at home concluded the week's play.
- On Tuesday (Sept. 12), the Knights were awarded the program's first-ever East Regional ranking by the United Soccer Coaches as they were ranked 10th.
- With three ECC matches to go, Queens are seventh in the standing, one place shy of making the playoffs.
- Junior Julia Ragone (Centereach, N.Y.) leads the offense having scored five goals and one assist for 11 points.
- To date, the junior has tallied 12 goals and five assists in 41 matches.
- Ragone has recorded a career-best four game-winners on the year in the victories over Jefferson, SNHU, Goldey-Beacom, and Lincoln.
- On Oct. 9, Ragone was named ECC Offensive Player of the Week for the first time this season.
- The junior has been named to the Honor Roll sheet on three separate occasions.
- Freshman rookie Lluvy Lewis (Valley Stream, N.Y.) has totaled three points having tallied her first goal and assist against Jefferson on Sept. 6.
- Her Career-best performance would earn her ECC Rookie of the Week honors on Week Two of the ECC Weekly Report Sheet (Sept. 11).
- In goal, graduate student Erin Kelly (Massapequa, N.Y.) has recorded 43 saves in 12 matches holding a 0.98 goals against average with four shutouts.
- She was awarded ECC Defensive Player of the Week in the first ECC Weekly Awards released on Tuesday (Sept. 5) afternoon.
- The graduate student has earned an ECC Honor Roll spot on two separate occasions.
St. Thomas Aquinas College Spartans Preview (2-8-1 Overall Record, 1-3-1 ECC)
- STAC enter Flushing with an overall record of 2-8-1 and 1-3-1 in conference play. They are coming off a 4-3 conference loss to Staten Island on Saturday.
- Wednesday's meeting will be the 24th meeting in program history between both sides with the Knights leading the series 12-7-4 All-Time.
- Queens is in search of their first victory over the Spartans since the 2016 season when they earned a 1-0 win at home.
- Rachel Brownell leads the offense having recorded 11 points for five goals and one assist on the year, while Ella Connolly has recorded three goals for six points.
- In goal, Catalena Robson has played all 11 matches recording 34 saves and holds a 2.53 goals against average.
Molloy University Lions Preview (5-4-4 Overall Record, 2-2-1 ECC)
- Molloy enters the week with an overall record of 5-4-4 and 2-2-1 in conference play and will host D'Youville on Wednesday before welcoming the Knights on Saturday afternoon.
- Saturday's meeting will be the 24th meeting in program history with the Knights trailing the series 9-13-1 All-Time.
- Queens is looking for their first win over the Lions since the 2015 season.
- Olivia Ingenito leads the offense having recorded eight goals for a team-high 16 points, while Caitlin Kennedy has recorded six goals and two assists for 14 points.
- In net, two goalies have split time in 13 matches and have recorded a combined 50 saves and hold a 1.15 goals against average.
