FLUSHING, N.Y.- Continuing non-conference action, the Queens College women's soccer team goes up against Stonehill College in Easton, Massachusetts for an early Sunday match-up. This will just be the second meeting between both programs, with the first meeting coming in 2019 as the Knights welcomed the Skyhawks to Flushing.

The Knights welcomed the Skyhawks to Flushing for the first time but it was the visitors who took the first win of the series. After Victoria Ramirez put the Knights up 1-0 in the first half, the Skyhawks would score two unanswered goals in five minutes to stun the Knights for a 2-1 win.
Scouting Queens College Knights
The Knights opened the season on September 8 as they went up against Chestnut Hill College but had to settle for a 1-1 double-overtime draw. The Knights held the advantage in shots with a 21-15 margin (12-4 shots on goal), and corners (9-2). Freshmen
Julia Ragone (Centereach, N.Y.) scored her first goal for the Knights from the penalty mark to help the Knights earn a hard-fought 1-1 draw.
Scouting Stonehill College Skyhawks
The Skyhawks are 1-1 on the season and are coming into the matchup against the Knights after a 2-1 win over the University of New Haven. The Skyhawks are led by Peyton Nickerson and Jenna Nasuti who scored the two goals against New Haven. In two games on the season, the Skyhawks have attempted 29 shots with 13 shots on goal. Hanna Copley has started two games in the net making six saves holding 0.95 goals-against average.
