FLUSHING, N.Y.- After playing seven straight road games, the Queens College women's soccer team will don the white jerseys for the first time at Central Islip, N.Y.
(the Susa Orlin & Cohen Sports Complex) Saturday afternoon as they welcome Roberts Wesleyan College Redhawks in East Coast Conference action.
The Knights are on a five-game losing against the Redhawks and have been goalless in their last four games. Queens trails the series 2-6 with the last win coming on October 19, 2014, and have been held to three goals in their eight-game series.

The offense was unable to find the back of the net as Queens fell 3-0 in Rochester. The Knights took five shots on goals with Guro Eriksen and Alexis Quealy combining for four goals on goal. While goalie Shenae Kreps made five saves on the day.

Jacklyn Diel (Stony Brook, N.Y.) fourth goal of the season. Diel leads the Knights with 12 points as she has scored in back-to-back games. On the season the Knights are averaging 17.8 shots per game while holding 0.662 shots on goal percentage.

The Redhawks have scored seven goals on the season led by Gabrielle Ciambrella and Abigail Sindoni. Nicolette Knauf has started 10 games while making 52 saves on the season.
