PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. - The Queens College women's soccer team dropped its 2015 season opener to Pace University 3-0 Thursday afternoon.  The Setters, motivated by the opening of its brand new Pace Stadium, tallied a pair of goals in the first four minutes of play before adding an additional tally in the 73rd minute.

The Knights registered five shots in the contest, including four on net.  Sophomore Megan Deak made eight saves in net for Queens.

Erin Bigger got Pace on the board in the third minute, before Fanny Fellevik tallied a goal for the Setters 78 seconds later to push the lead to two.  Delany Williams recorded Pace's last goal late in the second stanza.

The Knights are back in action Sunday afternoon at 2:00 pm against Wilmington University.
