Flushing, N.Y. (September 5, 2012)- The Knights women's soccer team fell to 1-1-1 after a 3-1 loss to the Merrimack Warriors in the Knights home opener.

Senior Janine Guerra (#4) supplied the lone goal for QC at 44:48 from 20 yards out in the first half, which knotted up the game at 1. In the 2^nd half, it was all Merrimack as they scored 2 unanswered goals against GK Alli Breakey (#1) who moves to 1-1-1 in goal.

The Knights will play again on Monday September 10^th when they host Assumption College at 4 PM.
