Brtittany Silipo scored just 56 seconds in and the Knights held Nyack to just two shots in a 3-0 win on the road on Thursday afternoon. Nextt on the schedule for QC is their conference opener on Saturday at Bridgeport.

After Katherine Colon set up Silipo for the early strike the Knights held Nyack without a shot attempt while taking nine more of their own to end the first half with a 1-0 lead. Colon doubled that lead with an unassisted marker in the 66th minute - her team leading third of the season - and later added her second assist of the afternoon on Brittany Wooster's second career goal with just under nine minutes remaining.

Freshman Bernadette Wyndham and junior Devon Paliseno both made their Queens College debuts in today's win.
