DiCocco Posts Double-Double In Loss At Molloy

ROCKVILLE CENTRE, N.Y. - The Queens College volleyball dropped an East Coast Conference tilt to Molloy Tuesday evening at Quealy Gymnasium.  Set scores were 25-23, 25-15, 18-25, 25-22 in favor of the home Lions.

Sophomore Nicoletta DiCocco matched a season high with a game-high 18 kills to lead the Knights.  DiCocco, who hit .255 on the night, added 12 digs for her fifth double-double of the season.  Sophomore Malaika Hollis also matched a season high with 14 kills, while freshman Cassidy Stewart added 11 kills.  Stewart led the Knights with a game-high five aces, pushing her team leading total to 47 on the year.

Junior Kristen Moore posted 38 assists and eight digs, while junior Ragina Anthony led the Knights with 16 digs.  Shannon Wren led Molloy with 14 kills, Dakota O'Neill tallied 21 digs.

The Knights are back in action Saturday afternoon at LIU Post (12:00 pm).
